Faculty for Business Studies and Law is a higher education institution within the University UNION - Nikola Tesla in Belgrade, which as its activity performs academic study programs and develops scientific research and professional work in various areas.
The Faculty holds a work permit, No. 612-00-00886 / 2013-04 dated 3 February 2014, issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development based on the positive opinion of the Commission for Accreditation and Quality Assurance.

The aim of establishing the Faculty of Business Studies and Law is the education of competent human resources potential in the field of economics, law, security and management with the use of basic knowledge and experience of developed countries, but taking into account the characteristics and peculiarities of political, legal, economic, cultural, social, religious and customary terms of this region.
In comparison to other higher education institutions, the Faculty of Business Studies and Law seeks to, in the education of future personnel, combine economics, law and management, as the dominant scientific disciplines of the modern era. In this way highly competent professionals are created, able to handle legal, economic, managerial and security problems.
The Faculty Curricula (plans and programs) are harmonized with the Bologna Declaration, the labor market needs and demands of Serbian economy and society. The courses are taught by competent specialists in economics, law, management, security, and related sciences.
The Faculty has its own premises, as well as the satisfactory technical equipment, such as classrooms, practicals, computer classrooms, laboratories for learning foreign languages, teaching cabinets, library with reading room, etc. The following are used as teaching aids: electronic books, projected presentations, recorded lectures, practicum, exercise books, electronic communications and Internet services.
