Management and organization

In this study program graduates are enabled to acquire managerial competencies for solving contemporary management problems from different fields of business. Students shall get basic knowledge in diagnosing problems in business organizations and other types of organizations; further, they should be able to perceive international economic problems and to accordingly adjust their business ventures. Through theoretical and practical activities of the Faculty and through continuing the contacts with other institutions, students should be able to understand the trend of future changes, but also to successfully manage those changes. After completion of the study program Management and Organization - master, the student becomes master manager (60 ECTS) and has the right to enroll into doctoral studies.
