Law – a graduate lawyer, 240 ECTS. This vocation will always be required. You can expect excellent theoretical basis and good professional practice during your studies. Number of places for the year 2016/2017: Classical studies - 95 students. Distance learning studies - 30 students.

Study program Law at our university is designed based on contemporary needs and challenges. What particularly characterizes this study program is that our law graduates are trained to diagnose and solve legal problems but also to understand the economics and management, as these three professions are most often found in teams to solve organizational problems. It turns out that every social, economic or organizational problem, more or less consists of the following components: legal, economic and human components, which are intertwined.

Research has shown that lawyers often lack economic and management knowledge in order to understand business relations and processes both on the national, and organizational level. In this context, the study program Law consists of the following courses: macro and micro economics, management, human resources management, organization, international economics, change management, organizational culture and behavior, e-business, etc. The purpose of this program is the education and training of professionals of the legal profession to provide quality, comprehensive and prompt legal services and advice in relation to preventing the occurrence of certain legal problems or in connection with the sanctioning of certain procedures that are contrary to legal norms.

At the Faculty the students simulate the trial of civil and criminal law, change roles during the court proceedings (the accused, the prosecutor, the witness), and finally assume the role of the lawyer. Based on the contracts that Faculty has with the courts, the students can attend the court proceedings, law and public sector organizations. In the spring semester, for the fourth year we organize practical work of writing complaints, resolving disputes arising from employment, family problems, and analysis of judgments and drawing of the appropriate conclusions. Law graduates who acquire a degree at our university have the right to take the bar exam, which allows them to deal with the court, lawyers' and other activities.

Thanks to the local government, professional institutions, agencies and associations who supported the establishment of the Faculty and expressed the need for such personnel, students will be provided a quality professional practice in the country and abroad. During practice, students will be involved in the development of projects which are to be valorized at the market thus creating the possibility of making money while studying.

Students who complete the study program Law have multidisciplinary knowledge; they are able to better understand the problems due to the extemsove knowledge of the legal profession, but also to understand the social, economic, ethical, managerial and other phenomena that exist, more or less, in any problem. For this study program the Faculty shall provide also distance learning, both at home and abroad.
